Shipping and delivery
Shipped throughout Türkiye with Yurtiçi Kargo.
Shipping is free — the delivery cost is included in the product price, and no separate shipping charge is applied whatever the order total.
Right of withdrawal, returns and exchange
Under the Distance Contracts Regulation you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of the delivery date, without giving any reason.
- If the product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped we cover the return shipping; we collect it free of charge and repair or replace it.
- For returns based on a change of mind the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
- The product must be sent back in resaleable condition and in its original packaging.
Service and spare parts
On both products the wearing parts are replaced individually: EndoPro’s five layers, and Calvarion’s cassettes and condylar cartridges, are serviced separately. You do not have to renew the whole device.
